Glory is seeking a Production Specialist in Watertown, WI to join our Manufacturing - Assembly/Direct Labour team. This permanent, full-time position offers $18.00-$23.00 per hour and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Electronics or related field preferred.
• 0–6 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Proactive mindset with high attention to detail and readiness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot advanced cash‑handling equipment to meet high‑quality standards.
• Perform precision fitting and alignment to ensure smooth operation of moving parts.
• Tear down, rebuild, and assemble new and refurbished units with accuracy and care.
• Use precision measuring tools and electrical testing devices to guarantee top performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support special projects that drive innovation.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to identify training needs and resolve technical issues.
• Recommend improvements to enhance service, reliability, and efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and record data for continuous improvement.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance activities.
• Work from detailed assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Lift, transport, and assemble components as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities that make a difference every day.
