Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. is seeking an energetic supervisor to lead daily production activities on the production line, ensuring targets and KPIs are met. You will monitor quality, enforce standards, and play a key role in safety and efficiency throughout the shift.

The role requires coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and HR, managing attendance and performance, and training operators to drive continuous improvement and accurate production reporting.
