Blue Rhino is looking for a Full Time Production Specialist to join our team! Our Production Specialists play a key role in our production process. They operate in a team-based environment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in the refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storage of propane cylinders. Every cylinder is cleaned, leak-tested, inspected, and then delivered to tens of thousands of convenience stores nationwide.

• Labor intensive
• Requiring frequent lifting and stacking of 40lb cylinders
• Work environment is outdoors with varying temperature conditions, previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing preferred

Schedule

(2nd Shift)

• Monday - Thursday, with some Fridays and Saturdays during peak season
• _____pm - ____am, with overtime opportunities during spring and fall

Pay

Starting at $_____. Rate increases over time as proficiency is gained at various stations (Tier Level 2 & Senior Level)

Responsibilities

• Perform washer functions: placing cylinders on conveyor belt, sorting, removing sleeves, and peeling labels
• Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations
• Complete paint line operations: loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint, and unloading
• Operate Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper, and Stacker
• Check for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions
• Perform refurb operations based on workstation
• Stack finished products
• Conduct quality checks

Qualifications

• Possess integrity and a strong work ethic
• Be punctual, dependable, and reliable
• Willing to work overtime as required
• Understand basic technical instructions (written and verbal)
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
