Evolving Solution Services in Canton, SD is seeking a Production Specialist for the first shift. The role involves operating roll formers and related equipment to manufacture panels and trims, with up to 50 lbs lifting.

Training will be provided, and overtime opportunities exist in a climate-controlled, team-oriented environment. Starting wage is $18 per hour with comprehensive benefits, and opportunities across multiple departments as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but we will train you.
• Forklift experience and understanding of safety procedures are preferred.
• Ability to read production documents and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery for efficient production.
• Perform quality checks and inspections.
