If you would like to be a part of a dynamic and high-performing team, please complete your application for this job posting.Shift will be either:Front Days (A shift) every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday 7:00am-7:12pmOrBack Days (C shift) every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday 7:00am-7:12pm**Job Responsibilities**:* Learn the essential protocol for the cleanroom including the smock requirements.* You will learn to operate the machines (or “tools”) that manufacture silicon wafers to make a large variety of different computer chips. + The machines operate with elements such as power, water, gas, heat, metals, and various chemicals.* You will learn to check and qualify tools and run engineering experiments to ensure that equipment and processes are running within specified limits.* You will need to communicate with the appropriate people when equipment and processes do not meet specified limits or are not working properly.* In time, you will learn multiple areas to diversify your skill set and to be able to help your team wherever the work is most needed.* You will learn and perform all things needed to develop the knowledge and expertise to help your team meet production goals.* After becoming proficient on a toolset, you will eventually share your knowledge, teach, and train others as needed so they can learn to successfully operate these toolsets as well.**Requirements/Qualifications:****Required:*** High school diploma or GED.* Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills.* Proficiency in written and oral communication.* The ability to follow detailed work specifications and instructions for each piece of equipment, while also meeting deadlines.* Maintain and exhibit positive and productive attitudes and behavior with others.* Willingness to participate in building a positive culture and contribute to a pleasant work environment.* The ability to work on multiple different tasks throughout the day by focusing on one task at a time and paying careful attention to detail until completed, then quickly moving on to the next task.* Working across designated areas of the cleanroom with the related machinery.* Prior success working individually and in a team environment.* Dependable attendance and punctuality.* Availability to work a defined schedule assigned to you.* Adaptability to change and a willingness to do whatever is needed for the team to be successful.* Is a continuous learner and desires to enhance his/her skills and knowledge.* Produces quality work, takes the job seriously, and displays good work habits.* Takes the initiative to stay busy, work hard, and be productive.* Perform work that can be repetitive in motion.* Ability to wear and work in a cleanroom suit and PPE for the full shift. + The cleanroom smock consists of a hood, face veil over the nose and mouth, safety glasses, light weight suit, fitted nitrile gloves, and shoe coverings. + When working with chemicals, additional PPE may be required.**Preferred:**Prior production experience in a cleanroom environment is not required but is desirable.**Travel Time:**0% - 25%**Physical Attributes:**Bending at Waist, Carrying, Climbing, Crouching, Feeling, Foot Controls, Fumes or Odors, Handling, Hearing, Kneeling, Lifting, Noise and/or vibration, Other, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Seeing, Stooping, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others**Physical Requirements:**Ability to stand 95%, walk 90%, sit 5%.
