Job description

We are hiring full‑time Production Specialists at our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role requires completing a basic online math and comprehension test as part of the interview process.

Shift Schedules

• Front Days (A shift): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday – 7:00 am to 7:12 pm
• Back Days (C shift): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday – 7:00 am to 7:12 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Learn the essential protocol for the cleanroom including the smock requirements.
• Operate the machines (or "tools") that manufacture silicon wafers, handling elements such as power, water, gas, heat, metals, and chemicals.
• Check and qualify tools and run engineering experiments to ensure equipment and processes stay within specified limits.
• Communicate with appropriate personnel when equipment or processes do not meet specified limits or are not running properly.
• Expand skills to multiple areas as needed to support the team and help achieve production goals.
• Assist in training and guiding colleagues once proficiency on a toolset is achieved.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior production experience in a cleanroom environment is desirable but not required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand 95% of the shift, walk 90%, sit 5%; carry and lift 6 lb, and push/pull up to 85 lb on wheels.

Pay Range

Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $23 in the United States, dependent on location, skills and experience. Compensation includes base pay, restricted stock units, quarterly bonuses, health benefits, retirement savings plans and an industry‑leading ESPP program.
