Job summary

BF SUMA PHARMACEUTICALS INC. is seeking a Production Planning professional to manage master production scheduling, SAP data maintenance, BOM management, and MRP execution. You will coordinate procurement activity and align supply chain plans with manufacturing needs.

The role requires 2+ years in production planning, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP. Excellent organizational abilities and English proficiency are essential, with Chinese considered a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of production planning experience and Excel syntax preferred.
• Excellent organizing skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master production schedule, inventory data, BOM, materials procurement and pricing in SAP.
• Update and maintain MPS based on delivery plans from supply chain, customers and inventory reports.
• Build and maintain materials database, product routings and versions in SAP.
• Maintain product BOMs of different batch sizes in SAP and Excel.
• Execute MRP and generate inventory/materials reports monthly.
• Coordinate and harmonize materials and product delivery between supply chain and manufacturing.
• Provide monthly inventory reports and check MTS and MTO planning strategy.
• Implement supplier and vendor management procedures and sourcing strategies.
• Support lean manufacturing tasks (TPM) and GMP audit preparation.

To ensure the upkeep of master production schedule,inventory data, BOM, materials procurement LT, MOQ, and pricing, to maintainSAP database, and to run MRP.

Responsibilities

Production Planning Related:

• Support plantmanager for product forecasting and materials procurement management


• Update andmaintain annual and monthly MPS based on the delivery plans from supply chain,customers, and inventory report


• Responsible forbuilding and maintaining materials database, product routings, and versions inSAP


• Maintain productBOM of different batch sizes in both SAP and Excel versions


• Execute MRP andconduct inventory/materials report on the monthly basis


• Coordinate andharmonize materials and products delivery between supply chain and manufacturer


• Provide monthlyproducts inventory report and check product MTS and MTO planning strategy


• Categorizematerials and provide key materials management strategy


• In charge ofproduct trial run project planning (materials, labors, equipment) and provideproposals


• Implement supplierand vendor management procedure, and in charge of sourcing materials fromdifferent vendors and provide procurement strategy


• Support PDOfficer for TPM and lean manufacturing tasks


• Support QAdepartment for annual GMP audit preparation and CAPA implementation


• Ad hoc asnecessary

Qualification

Education & Work Experience:

• University,colleague degree or equivalent


• 2+ years of productionplanning experience and Excel syntax preferred


• Excellent organizingskills


• Knowledge of SAP isa plus

• Planning: Apply different tools on MPS and materials planningto ensure accuracy and minimize changes
