Microchip Technology Inc in Gresham, Oregon is hiring Production Specialists for our Fab 4 facility. • Communicate to the appropriate people when equipment and processes do not meet documented specified limits.
• Learn the essential protocol for the cleanroom and work in 12-hour shifts across available schedules.
• Develop the knowledge and expertise to help your functional area team meet production goals.

Most new employees don’t!**What is a cleanroom?**A cleanroom is the controlled environment where we manufacture microcontrollers. External pollutants or particles such as dust are cycled through HEPA filters constantly in accordance with cleanroom specifications. Temperature and humidity are carefully controlled and constant.**What is a bunny suit?**Production Specialists wear a “bunny suit” that covers them from head to foot and includes a suit, hood, boot covers, gloves, face covering for your nose and mouth and safety glasses.
