Your Responsibilities



  • Manage and support EM360 equipment management software, Smart Test Cell, Advantest Power Optimization System, Clamping Force Fixture, VGEM, and production software on Advantest V93000 (V93K) testers.

  • Design and deliver test cell production solutions compatible with Advantest test systems to meet customer needs, integrating solutions into their production flow.

  • Lead customer engagement during sales processes, including requirements discovery, analysis, demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative, cost-effective products or solutions based on customer requirements.

  • Share product knowledge and use cases with key stakeholders.

  • Work with global R&D, Field Service, Business Development, and Local Account teams.

  • Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECR) to R&D for issue logging or enhancements.

  • Perform software installation, upgrades, integration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
