Job summary

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Production Floater in Soldering/Assembly in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

The role involves hand soldering through-hole and SMT components onto PCBs and preparing wires for test cable assemblies, with a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule. You will assemble products per established standards, gain experience with soldering robots for shields and wave soldering, and support other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have soldering experience.
• Must be available for in-person, daylight shifts only.
• Must possess physical and manual dexterity skills; comfortable using a magnifying glass or microscope.
• Must be safety conscious and comfortable using hot tools.
• Must have basic computer skills, possess organizational skills & have great attention to detail.
• Must be able to sit for long periods at a time.

• Soldering electronic components to printed circuit boards (PCB's) in accordance with established standards by following drawings and schematics.

Position is a full-time, daylight position, M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm
Located in Indiana, Pennsylvania

Additional Duties:
