Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Software Engineer to create product-agnostic software for production teams and collaborate with software and production groups to boost automation and efficiency. The role involves hands-on development and cross-functional teamwork to ensure optimal performance of cutting-edge technologies.

The candidate will design hardware testing strategies, document testing procedures, analyze data for improvements, and contribute to system architecture initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, EE, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Excellent problem-solving/critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work and communicate collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership; team-player and self-motivated.
• Drove strategic design of scalable system architecture.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and networking.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop product-agnostic software solutions to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Design and implement hardware testing strategies and tools.
