1st shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

The Production & Shipping Associate is responsible for executing daily production and order fulfillment tasks across various warehouse sections, supporting the efficient flow of materials from receipt to shipment. This role requires flexibility to perform light manufacturing duties and assist in all operational areas, standing/walking over 90% of the shift, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Receiving: Unload, inspect, and sign for delivered materials, ensuring accuracy and quality. Process transactions in the ERP system and distribute materials for inspection.
• Production Support: Follow Work Instructions and SOPs to perform pre-assembly (labeling, insert prep) and post-assembly tasks (cartridge assembly, packaging). Operate light manufacturing equipment such as pumps and scales for precise filling.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct physical counts, and manage shipping supplies.
• Warehouse Operations: Support all warehouse sections to ensure smooth workflow. Stand and walk over 90% of the shift, lifting items up to 25 lbs safely.
• Quality Control & Housekeeping: Keep the work environment clean and organized, following safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Ensure high-quality task completion.
• Communication: Report progress and issues regularly. Collaborate with management to meet daily goals.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement efficiency improvements.
• Perform other duties to support department operations and organizational goals.

Qualifications:
