Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This role involves performing a variety of production tasks, loading/unloading trucks, and staging materials and garments as needed to backfill for vacations and absences.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Able to handle materials that are soiled with protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks as directed.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Perform production tasks as assigned up to level IV.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.
