Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred for additional consideration.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall production quantity, efficiency and quality on the shift.
• Attend trainings, meetings and implement improvements in production.
• Identify and help implement process improvements to increase production.
• Motivate employees to achieve departmental and production goals.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping; conduct annual performance reviews.
