Job summary

Sika is looking for a Shift Supervisor in Brighton, Colorado, to lead a team in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations. You will support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader passionate about safety and teamwork, capable of optimally guiding a high-performance team while participating in continuous improvement efforts.

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals.
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies.
• Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes.
• Ensure procedures are followed and updated.
• Coach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture.
• Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews.
• Support continuous improvement and plant optimization.
• Perform technician duties when needed.
• Identify training needs and support development initiatives.
