Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry highly preferred.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Working knowledge of all production machines and equipment.
• Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on the production floor.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Direct supervision of production staff including recruiting and training.
• Achieve KPI targets by engaging associates.
• Maintain efficient workflows and monitor processes.

Proficient in Amtech job costing module

Proficient in Amtech RPM module

Strong communication skills and mentoring skills

Ability to accurately and thoroughly maintain documentation
