Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor in Wisconsin to guide shift teams toward safety, quality, and efficiency. You will collaborate with the Production Manager to align initiatives with plant goals and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, leading training, and resolving daily staffing issues while maintaining open communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year certificate in Management or related program preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years progressive supervisory experience; LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading safety, quality and production initiatives on a shift.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety requirements and conduct safety observations and audits.
• Serve as technical resource for assigned work areas and provide rapid support when production is down.
• Lead meetings on quality, safety, performance, staffing, and scheduling.
• Resolve staffing and conflict issues, elevating to Sales/Operations as needed.
• Coordinate training and development for team members.
• Communicate shift changes and operational updates across departments.
• Cross-train with other supervisors to cover vacations and weekends.
