Job Overview

This position supports making gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all, aligning with the Church's mission. Individuals will work as part of a team performing stand-up sewing to produce temple garments and clothing for Church members worldwide. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, contributing to the Church's mission by supporting members in their temple covenants.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials into finished garments following established sewing processes

Qualifications

The role requires meeting the following criteria:

• Adherence to quality and production standards
• Maintain Church and Beehive Clothing employment standards
• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines

Applicants Must Successfully Pass

• Simple & Complex Dexterity Test
• Industrial Sewing Machine Threading
• Sewing Test (fabric handling and following instructions)
• Interviews and assessments

Position Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively in English with a team
• Perform fast, repetitive movements for at least 8 hours daily
• Periodically bend, twist, and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Work overtime as needed based on production demands
