BTD Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a production operator to set up and run grinders, tumblers, belt sanders, and related equipment. You will inspect parts, read blueprints, and adjust processes to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.
The role requires basic math, blueprint reading, and the ability to train others. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working safely in a manufacturing setting at our Lakeville, MN facilities.

Under general supervision, sets up equipment and insures the production of quality parts. Inspects parts and adjusts the equipment as required for an efficient operation. Operate grinders, tumblers, belt sanders, hand grinders and wire wheel equipment that sands and smoothes to reduce thickness of material and for producing quality parts.
