APPLE INC has the following available in Seattle, Washington. Work with customers throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure successful scoping, onboarding and experience. Provide guidance in large scale design and implementation to Apple's internal customers. Review software source code and system architectures to identify defects and performance issues. Troubleshoot large complex multi-tiered applications (Network tier/Application tier/Database tier) to timely resolution. Perform in-depth log analysis through Apple's preferred log analysis tool (Splunk). File defects and track resolution to timelines. Track customer experience from presale, onboarding and to established use.40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 - $245,800/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.PAY & BENEFITS: Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
