What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Level 1 Data Center Operational support, including participating in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Coordinate and document job scheduling for Windows and Unix platforms using Tidal Workload Automation
- Act as a liaison between Applications Development, Global Technology Teams, and Data Center Operations
- Perform gatekeeper responsibilities for migrating application code changes into production environments
- Gather and report data for both internal and external audits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of working knowledge in a MS Windows and Linux environment
- Background in both application development and data center operations
- Proficient with operational scheduling packages (Tidal Workload Automation preferred)
- Skilled in configuring DNS and provisioning SSL certificates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with developing and maintaining Windows batch and PowerShell scripts
- Skilled with network and infrastructure monitoring packages (SolarWinds)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
