Job summary

Avient Corporation is hiring for a manufacturing operator responsible for the setup and operation of machinery to blend dry and/or liquid chemicals into customer products. You will ensure product quality aligns with specifications and delivery requirements while adhering to Avient policies and procedures.

The role includes interpreting schedules, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing processes to achieve cost-effective production.

Schedule:

1st: 7:00AM-3:30PM; M-F

2nd: 3:00PM-11:30PM; M-F (Shift Diff: $0.65)

3rd: 11:00PM-7:30AM; S-Th (Shift Diff: $1.00)

Position is responsible for set up and operation of machinery to combine dry and/or liquid chemicals into customer products. Ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meets customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies and procedures.
