Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Hershey, PA is seeking production workers for full-time roles on first and second shifts. You will assemble small plastic parts, perform quality checks, and pick and pack orders.

Shifts are Monday–Friday: 6:45 am–3:15 pm (First Shift) and 3:00 pm–11:00 pm (Second Shift). Pay is $18/hr on the first shift and $19/hr on the second.

We offer weekly pay, medical benefits, and opportunities for temporary-to-hire or permanent placement across a range of manufacturing roles.

Qualifications

• Experience with small parts assembly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to learn and train on machine operation.
