Job summary

Ideal Aerosmith Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate and maintain production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders.

You will work with supply chain, program management, and production supervisors to develop and manage the master production schedule, set operation sequences, and adjust plans based on material availability and priorities. Qualifications

• MUST have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate orders and forecasts into sequential production schedules.
• Plan production schedules by department based on routing and capacity.
• Coordinate with Program Management for alignment with requirements.
• Adjust weekly build schedules based on needs and resources.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for material availability and delivery dates.
• Release work orders to ensure materials are staged in correct sequence.
• Close orders to support shipment and invoicing.
• Monitor progress and communicate schedule risks to teams.
