Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus. The Program is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products. One of these two Modulus is implemented in Singapore in a new Greenfield site, with a design identical to the one in Neuville (France). The facilities will also have highly digitalized and automated capabilities which is a key enabler for operations using technologies such as autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), cobots and cloud systems.
The Manufacturing team in Sanofi Modulus, Singapore is seeking to expand the team and has an open position as Production Scheduler. This role will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. This role involves working closely with various departments, including production, supply chain, engineering & maintenance to optimize workflow and meet production targets. The role will report to the Head of Manufacturing.
The Production Scheduler is accountable to:
Coordinate with cross functional teams to develop and maintain production schedules based on supply plan, qualification and maintenance activities.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in priorities.
Perform scenario planning and capacity modeling to develop different production schedules to optimize plant capacity
Communicate with supply chain teams to ensure availability of materials and timely delivery of finished products.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production schedules and related documentation
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering, Science or Supply Chain Management discipline.
Ideally more than 5 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Previous hands-on experience in a cGMP biopharmaceutical facility would be an advantage.
Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in production scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suit.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
