Nissha Medical Technologies – New Richmond is seeking a Production Coordinator to drive scheduling and coordination for precision micro mold production at the Isometric Micro Molding Center of Excellence in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating multiple departments, and supporting continuous improvement, capacity planning, and ERP/MRP data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing operations, production coordination, scheduling, or operations support experience.
• Related degree in manufacturing or technical field.
• Experience with precision tooling, mold manufacturing, CNC machining, EDM, or micron-level manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of precision molds and tooling.
• Maintain work orders, travelers, drawings, inspection documentation, and revisions.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and production reports.
• Help implement Lean initiatives and standardized procedures.
