Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies – New Richmond is seeking a detail‑oriented manufacturing technician to support the Isometric Micro Molding Center of Excellence. You will handle small plastic injection molded parts and perform tasks in accordance with approved procedures.

This role emphasizes monitoring processes, documenting defects, conducting quality checks with precision measuring devices, keeping a clean work area, and collaborating with team members to deliver reliable medical components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
• Basic reading and math skills required.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Handle small plastic injection molded parts and complete projects per procedures.
• Monitor and control assigned process per procedures and guidelines.
• Seek solutions for problems related to the processes and communicate defects to Supervisor.
• Document defects, damage or changes in logs according to work procedures.
• Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform quality checks with appropriate measuring devices per job instructions.
• Look through microscope at small hand-held items throughout shift.
