• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Generates a master schedule defining what product to make, how many to make, and expected completion date.
• Updates daily & weekly production schedules to reflect current activities and priorities.
• Acts as primary liaison between logistics, customer service, sales and the plant.
• Initiates stock transfers to support the production schedule and consolidates shipments to reduce transportation costs.
• Coordinate and participate in weekly/monthly/annual inventory counts to ensure raw material and WIP accuracy.
• Analyze demand forecasts and maintain a master production schedule with target completion dates.
• Monitor jobs in progress and provide timely updates to address delivery concerns.
• Track inventory and production levels to support decision-making.
