Job summary

House-Autry Mills is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our NC team. This role supports developing and maintaining production schedules for both House-Autry manufacturing locations to ensure timely customer order fulfillment while optimizing inventory, capacity, and resources.

This position serves as a key link between Production, Inventory Control, Procurement, Customer Service, and Warehouse Operations to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods while adhering to food

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP or inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules for two locations.
• Analyze sales orders, forecasts, and inventory to determine production needs.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Management teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to prevent shortages.
• Prepare and distribute scheduling reports and metrics.
• Support continuous improvement in scheduling and inventory management.
