Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate daily and weekly production plans, balancing demand, inventory, materials, and capacity. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Distribution to minimize disruptions and improve scheduling efficiency.
The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP systems; AS400 is a plus.

As a Production Scheduler, you will coordinate what products are made and when. You will work with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Distribution to balance demand, inventory, materials, and production capacity.

This is a full-time, salaried position based in our Indianapolis office. Employees in this role work onsite four days per week and travel to our Van Buren manufacturing facility two to four times per month.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
