• Analyze on-time delivery performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production Scheduler will manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory activities to ensure customer orders are delivered on time while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven professional who can balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory requirements while thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Target Salary: $75K

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, capacity planning, and inventory management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
