Job summary

Atlas Tube in Blytheville, AR seeks a Production Scheduler to manage planning and scheduling of tube mill operations. You will develop weekly production plans, coordinate material flow, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing inventory and capacity across departments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with SAP and Excel to drive accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule tube mill operations to meet production targets and demand.
• Develop and maintain weekly rolling production schedules.
• Review material requirements against inventory and POs; expedite as needed.
• Prepare and schedule orders for slit processing and subcontracting.
• Communicate daily with suppliers and vendors about schedules and issues.
• Analyze demand vs. mill capacity; recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels to support production efficiency.
• Maintain production planning records and reports.
• Coordinate workflows across departments to align with lead times.
• Resolve discrepancies and initiate replacement orders when needed.
