Job summary

Nature's Touch Inc. is hiring for a full-time, on-site role at our Front Royal, Virginia facility. You will support a fast-paced fruit-processing line, handling raw materials, GMP practices, and packing products for storage. The position requires lifting and standing, with cold storage conditions and a 3rd shift schedule.

We value motivated team players who communicate well, stay detail-oriented, and adapt to varying tasks. Prior food-industry experience and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, lift and break down raw frozen fruit at the breaking station.
• Open cartons and handle product while following GMP.
• Pour/fill raw material into inspection trays and inspect for defects.
• Fill infeed conveyor hopper and ensure the conveyor is full.
• Empty accumulation trays under conveyor in a timely manner.
• Pack products into boxes and assist with line cleaning and sanitation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking dependable individuals to join us at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. We have a variety of positions available across different departments. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career, we invite you to explore the opportunities with us.

What You'll Do

• Must be able to receive, lift and break down raw material of frozen fruit at breaking station. Carton weights 20 lbs. to 55 lbs.
• Will be trained to practice and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to open cartons and handle product.
• Must be able to pour and fill raw material into inspection trays and visually inspect for defects, foreign materials, etc.
• Must be able to fill infeed conveyor hopper and make sure the conveyor is always full.
• Must be able to empty accumulation trays under conveyor in a timely manner.
• Pack products into boxes for storage. With additional duties such as - c lean and wash down production lines, equipment, floors, and drains after production using water hoses, soap, chemicals, and sanitizer foamers. Light cleaning of common areas is needed.

• Prior experience may be required based on position.
• Bilingual-Spanish and English is a plus!

Work Location & Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA.

The schedule is Monday to Friday.

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Fridays: 10:00 PM - 7:00 or until10:00 AM (based on business needs)

Occasional weekend work may be required.

Shift Differential = $2.00/hour

Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
