Job summary

Producers Rice Mill is seeking a Safety Sensitive Sanitation Technician to maintain clean equipment and loadout areas by dry cleaning, sweeping, and following a defined schedule. You will access tank tops via catwalks and ladders and complete sanitation records.

Candidates must be able to read and speak English, lift up to 100 lbs, climb up to 100 feet, bend and twist, and work in hot and cold temperatures. Training will be provided for Genie Boom and JLG operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Must be willing to lift up to 100 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
• Must be willing to climb up to 100 feet, as needed.
• Must be willing to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist and turn throughout the day.
• Must be willing to tolerate working in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to be trained to use Genie Boom and JLG.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of equipment in the mill and loadout areas by dry cleaning using compressed air and sweeping on a defined frequency.
• Also responsible to clean tops of tanks accessing by catwalks and ladders and completing and maintaining sanitation records.
