Job summary

US1277 FreshPoint South Florida, Inc. is seeking a sanitation leader for the night shift to supervise cleaning teams and maintain hygiene standards across value-added departments.

The role includes creating SOPs and MSS, ensuring compliance, and coordinating sanitation activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The candidate will oversee three shifts, monitor sanitation practices, and perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prefer High School or GED.
• Food plant sanitation management experience.
• Understanding of general building sanitation.
• Leading a team of sanitation workers.
• Microsoft Office and general computer competency.
• Ability to work independently and work effectively under strict time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Administrating, supervising, and coordinating sanitation employees for three shifts.
• Monitors and evaluates operating company (OpCo) sanitation practices, processes and methods.
• Overseeing the sanitizing of value-added departments.
• Ability to clean, mop, sweep, and other general warehouse cleaning duties.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the facilities property by picking up trash/debris throughout the property and by addressing all opportunities to improve sanitation
• Creating standard operating procedures (SOP) and master sanitation schedule (MSS).

This position is a night shift position.

JOB SUMMARY
