Job summary

Shine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Assistant/Sanitation Manager for the 2nd shift to support production operations and ensure sanitation compliance. This role will lead a crew, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with QA and production teams to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years in food production, safety and sanitation.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities
