Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Overtime and rotating shifts may be required.
• Safety awareness and adherence to PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work safely to prevent injuries by following safety rules and PPE.
• Communicate production issues, concerns, and needs clearly.
• Fill out equipment inspection reports each shift.
• Carry out tasks from operations management safely and promptly.
• Perform minor maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Suggest improvements to work methods and procedures.
• Maintain daily housekeeping in the work area.
• Troubleshoot problems using knowledge and team input.
• Understand start up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Assist in setting up mill stands and equipment for production.
• Experience with QMOS or SAP is a plus.
