Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs.
• Working knowledge of safe manufacturing practices and quality standards.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities while promoting safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Coordinate work assignments and monitor workflow to meet production schedules and department goals.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to production employees.
• Assist with onboarding and training on safe work practices, quality expectations, and production procedures.
• Monitor products to ensure quality and customer specifications.
• Communicate production priorities and updates with supervisors and team members.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to support production activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in line with company standards.
• Promote compliance with all safety policies and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
