Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a production worker in Troy, Ohio to load parts into robotic weld cells and support production operations across three shifts. Shift details: 1st shift 7am–3pm at $10.50/hr; 2nd shift 3pm–11pm at $11/hr; 3rd shift 11pm–7am at $11/hr.

Work hours are 10–12 hours per day, 7 days a week. Responsibilities include loading parts, performing or assisting with welds if trained, reporting defects, conducting safety checks, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting the

• Detects and reports defective materials to a supervisor.
• Conducts machine operation and safety checks at prescribed intervals.
• Performs general clean-up and organization of work area (SCORE- Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency).
• Other duties as assigned to maintain production. You should have positive, constructive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
