Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring Production Resources at the Markham Processing Plant. The role focuses on maintaining, cleaning and sanitation of the facility and equipment, including hoses, floors, and spills, plus operating extraction, infusion, filtering and packaging equipment and performing quality tests.

You’ll work a 12-hour shift from 4pm–4am with rotating weekends off, 36/48 hr. schedule, indoor environment, and five 20-minute paid breaks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean and sanitize facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills)
• Screen final product for foreign material and ensure proper documentation
• Operate extraction, infusion, filtering and packaging equipment; perform quality tests
• Open finished product for online placement; assist with duties as needed
• Support management with duties and maintain 5S standards

Job Title

Production Resource Ocean Spray is now hiring Production Resources teammates at the Markham Processing Plant. The plant sits on 17 Acres and is 200,000 square feet and produces Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins).

Position Details

The Production Resources position is a 12-hour shift from 4pm-4am with rotating weekends off, 36/48 hr. schedule, with a starting pay rate of $21.45. This position is a year-round position, working indoors with five 20-minute paid breaks.

Position Overview

Primary responsibilities include maintaining, cleaning and sanitation of the facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills, etc.). Other duties include but are not limited to screening final product to ensure there is no foreign material, creating appropriate documentation; operation of extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment; and performing quality tests.
