Job summary

Wilcox Industries Corporation is seeking an engaged team member for production assembly and diagnostics on the line in Newington, NH. You will learn how each cell contributes to the final product and identify potential issues to prevent failures.

You will use calipers and measuring tools to verify parts meet specifications, read schematics, and work with engineering to resolve out-of-spec material. This role emphasizes on-site performance and adherence to safety and export-control requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year direct production program assembly experience.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings and determine fit, form and function.
• Proficient with WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT as evidenced by 2+ years use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain solid product knowledge of how each cell on the line contributes to the final unit.
• Identify what can go wrong at each cell to prevent failed units.
• Use calipers, Verniers and other measuring tools to verify parts meet drawings.
• Collaborate with line foreman and engineering to identify out-of-spec material and stack up errors.
• Validate test processes and determine causes of production failures.
• Support and maintain production test fixtures with foreman and engineering.
• Troubleshoot embedded designs and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Document customer returns with the program technician or foreman.
• Research tools to meet project build and debug needs.
• Provide weekly progress reports on projects.
• Support all production programs as time permits.
• Other duties as assigned.
