This role performs comprehensive chart review by entering data, filing, retrieving production records, and compiling donor documents with required lab results, while also supporting tissue processing through production tasks, freeze-drying activities, and managing the movement of tissue grafts and samples, including pathology requests. It assists with Quality Verification to ensure accuracy of regulated documentation such as clean room logs, and promotes improved documentation quality and completeness through communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position supports equipment management by verifying maintenance and repair activities in coordination with the equipment team.
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
