This role involves receiving and processing research and GMP cells, tissues, and samples according to established plans while communicating with internal customers as needed, and ensuring all work follows SOP and GLP/GMP requirements with thorough and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include completing production logs, data summaries, and technical reports, as well as supporting technology or assay transfer activities by assisting with updates to SOPs and forms. The position also contributes to production improvements, assists with lab cleaning and supply monitoring, and operates and maintains laboratory equipment through routine monitoring, calibration, and maintenance, with additional support for setup and cleanup in the Clinical Education Lab when required.

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
