Nico Products in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Production Racker for the 1st shift (5:00 AM–3:00 PM, Mon–Thu with overtime). Starting wage is $22.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $70,320 including overtime, attendance rewards, profit sharing, and a $1,500 signing bonus for eligible new hires.

No prior metal finishing experience required—we provide training. You will rack parts, follow instructions, ensure quality, and contribute to a busy, hands-on production environment.

Responsibilities

• Rack and unrack metal parts before and after plating or finishing.
• Read and follow job paperwork and written work instructions.
• Select and use the proper racks and tooling for each job.
• Handle customer parts carefully to prevent damage.
• Inspect parts for obvious defects or concerns.
• Maintain an efficient production pace while protecting quality.
• Keep parts organized and properly identified throughout the process.
• Follow established safety, quality and production procedures.
• Work with your team to keep production moving.
• Perform other related production duties as assigned.
