Position Overview

We’re looking for a Production Quality Manager who can run the floor today while building the system for tomorrow. You’ll own our end‑to‑end Inspection and Quality Control operation, lead our small growing Quality Control team, perform inspections when needed, and set clear standards. You will ensure that the millions of products we ship each year make our customers smile. You will have full ownership of identifying bottlenecks and overhauling processes to support your team’s growth. You will lead your team with confidence as we build out on‑site manufacturing to bring our next generation of industry‑defining products to market.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand our Product Inspection and Quality Control team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Own daily inspection and product processing operations
• Perform inspections as needed
• Track and deliver against KPIs
• Monitor customer feedback and translate insights into product and process improvements
• Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing
• Identify and implement quality assurance systems and process improvements
• Manage supplier relationships to enforce product quality standards
• Complete other tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects
• Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and/or holidays
