Collins Aerospace is seeking a Production Quality Engineer in Burnsville, MN, onsite. You will support production, new product introduction, and value stream activities as the quality focal within operations.

Responsibilities

Analytical Problem Solving: use basic methods (8D, root cause) and statistical tools.
Supplier Quality: participate in assuring supplier quality for best-in-class delivery.
New Product Development and Launch: understand APQP concepts and related tools.
Quality Management Systems: support ISO/AS9100 audit readiness and corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: apply Lean techniques like 5S and VSM.
Cost of Quality: recognize cost of non-conformance and identify improvement opportunities.
Solve problems within limited scope and complexity.
