Gotion is seeking a highly motivated Senior Process Quality Engineer (PQE) to serve as the quality owner for Battery Pack manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving production quality performance within assigned manufacturing areas by improving FPY, yield, process capability, and defect reduction while supporting stable production execution and ramp-up activities. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on production-floor quality leader with direct experience in battery pack or module manufacturing. This individual will proactively identify, investigate, and resolve manufacturing quality issues while partnering closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Operations teams to drive corrective actions through closure.
