Champion quality at the source. In this supervisory role you'll fuse floor-level process auditing, rigorous testing, and analytical follow-through to ensure products meet specification, every time. Your leadership keeps standard work tight, investigations focused, and improvements continuous.

Compensation & schedule

Hiring for A, B, C, D shifts. 7am-7pm/7pm-7am. Pay range: $25-$38/hourly.

Core accountabilities
  • Audit processes and verify consistent execution of standard work.
  • Provide technical support for all operations; diagnose and resolve production issues.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to coach operators and helpers.
  • Sample at multiple production stages; conduct destructive and non-destructive testing.
  • Monitor equipment and tooling health; advise on maintenance or replacement.
  • Partner with management and engineering to uphold specifications and standards.
  • Record, evaluate, and report test and performance data; note and elevate deviations.
  • Input accurate data into analysis systems and maintain traceability.
  • Conduct and document formal production audits.
  • Provide regular updates to the quality team and cross-functional partners.
  • Comply fully with safety and procedural requirements.
  • Execute routine tasks on time; take on other reasonable assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Results-driven professional with manufacturing floor experience.
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced settings and manage competing priorities.
  • Detail-focused with strong systems thinking.
  • Clear, motivating communicator with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including strong Excel proficiency.
Preferred profile
  • 2-4 years in wire and cable or a related manufacturing industry.
  • Experience using diverse software systems.
  • Exposure to project management and Lean Manufacturing.
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Physical requirements & environment
  • Standing for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
  • Walking long distances between workstations within the plant.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity for small tools and lab equipment.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Tolerance for heat and noise typical of manufacturing environments.
