Lightel Technologies, Inc. in Renton, WA is hiring a full-time Production & QA Technician to build, test, and inspect products on our equipment and inspector product lines and support our QA and ISO quality system tasks.

Responsibilities include performing product assembly, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair; improving assembly processes; maintaining drawings, BOMs and inventory records; and assisting in nonconformance and corrective actions under ISO procedures.

Formación

• AA/AS degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email).
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly in English.
• Strong hands-on and independent working ability.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Perform product assembly, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, adjustment and repair of products.
• Improve product assembly processes.
• Timely find and resolve technical problems and support users in product troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Assist in creating, modifying, and testing of new products and processes.
• Create and maintain production work instructions and user’s manuals.
• Prepare and maintain the production-related drawings, BOMs, and inventory records.
• Perform incoming materials checks, in-process and final inspections across different product lines.
• Help maintain ISO quality system records and support equipment calibrations.
