You will drive audits, lead SharePoint-based controls, and coordinate cross-functional teams to sustain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, and WLA standards while optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation, internal and external audits, and all other factors necessary for compliance and certification to ISO 9001 and FSC.
• Maintain SharePoint systems for certifications and documentation control.
• Assist with documentation and audits for ISO 14001, 27001, 45001, and World Lottery Association.
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects across manufacturing processes.
• Focus on quality and efficiency in production operations.
• Identify processes, material issues, and equipment problems to minimize downtime.
• Drive internal communication around process improvement initiatives.
• Support maintenance of ISO 9001 and FSC certifications in SharePoint.
• Support ISO 27001, 45001, and WLA certifications.
